I just wanted to let you know that the dock install went off without a hitch. I don’t remember the guy’s name that was here but please pass on to him he did a great job. The only time he stopped was when I went out to bug him. Make sure you keep him because this type of guy doesn’t come along very often. Again, a great job by him. Thanks!

I placed an initial order yesterday on-line – and it was delivered today – just like things are supposed to happen. I got an actual phone call from your Customer Service people to say that one item (First Aid Kit) was back ordered, and that it would be in next week. WOW!! That’s great service.
