Dock Equipment

Efficiently manage product flow through your building!

Loading docks are a pivotal link in your supply chain. They provide the entrance for your materials, parts and inventory and the exit for your outbound shipments. As such, it’s critical they’re adequately designed and maintained so they’re available and operational when needed. Bottlenecks at the dock result in physical constriction of the supply chain, slowing the momentum of materials in motion and negatively impacting profitability.

Dock Levelers

As the bridge between your dock and truck it’s important that your leveler be properly specified and fitted. This will ensure a smooth transition, reducing the impact on your lift equipment and people. The length of the board will depend on the height differential between the truck bed and the dock. The required capacity of your Leveler will depend on load weights, loading equipment style and weights was well as traffic volume over the dock

Air Curtains

An air curtain is usually set up by mounting a downward-facing, specialized fan above an entrance. A front-like airflow then separates the spaces and blocks the movement of contaminants between them.

Overhead Doors

Dock overhead doors are constantly in use and are routinely subjected to abuse and damage, but they must keep working or the dock is inoperable. They also provide security and a barrier to the outside elements. For these reasons, it is important to select the right door for your needs and to ensure you will have adequate support and maintenance.

Dock Accessories

Improve the safety and functionality of your loading docks with a variety of accessories such as lighting, truck restraints, door barriers, boards and plates, bumpers, fans and traffic systems.

Door Seals and Shelters

Dock seals and truck shelters provide an effective barrier from hot and cold temperatures, wind, rain, snow, dust and fumes. The size, type and design of your loading dock, overhead door and trucks will determine the most effective type of shelter or seal to use.
