Electronic Scale
As an option, an electronic 4-point weighing system can be used to weigh each shelf in the access point, record the weight in the database and present the result immediately on the controller display. This allows the operator to manage the load weight of each shelf and a table view is available to review the weights of individual trays.
Fold-down external shelf rails
This optional feature makes work at the Hanel Lean-Lift® even more ergonomic. This support rail can be folded down as needed. Heavy parts can be manually placed more ergonomically by preventing the operator from having to reach into the access opening and very heavy items can be placed or removed by an overhead lifting device.
Powered transfer
For extremely heavy applications, shelves can be transferred externally from the access opening via a chain-driven transfer mechanism, providing more ergonomic access to the required shelf.
External Cart
Complete shelves can be removed from the system onto an external cart and transported to an area(s) where the items are needed within the facility
