Mezzanine Steel Platforms

Transform your warehouse’s overhead areas into usable workspace or storage space with industrial mezzanine floors. Mezzanine systems, made of steel structures and steel decking, allow you to expand your operating space without new construction, saving you from overwhelming construction costs.

To install a mezzanine level, you’ll need a development permit and building permit, and it must be installed according to the building code. Additional accessories, such as folding gates, articulated gates, pallet gates, chain gates, stairways, and rails, can also be added to enhance functionality.

To get started with your mezzanine installation project, allow sufficient time for customized design, engineering, and the permit process. Contact us today to learn more about how we can help you expand your space efficiently and cost-effectively.

Advantages of Vertically Expanding:

  • Regain Floor Space: Enhance your current space utility and production levels
  • Create Levels for Equipment: Improve overall operational efficiency
  • Save on Costs: Comparatively lower investment to other building add-ons
  • Adapt to Needs: Easily add on to it, or relocate it, in the future
  • Hassle-free installation: Installation with minimal impact on operations.

Rack Supported Mezzanine

Rack Supported

With a rack supported mezzanine, materials can be stored on the racks that support the platform, which itself offers additional storage capacity. Rack supported mezzanines are more economical and effective, acting as dense storage below the mezzanine structure and customized storage on top. A modular design allows for future additions or relocation if necessary.

Flooring options: bar grating, q-deck and wood, resin deck.

Shelving Supported Mezzanine

Shelving Supported

Create a more efficient storage area with a shelving supported mezzanine.

Similar to a rack structure, shelving supported mezzanines allow for high-density storage customizable with bins and drawers for parts, tools or other inventory. Modular designs allow for future additions and relocation if necessary.

Flooring options: bar grating, q-deck and wood, resin deck.

Structural Mezzanine

Structural Mezzanines

Supported by pillars, these configurations allow for the movement of people and machinery underneath the platform. The structure is made using high-grade steel with a standard capacity of 125 lbs/sf but can be adjusted to suit your specific criteria. Each mezzanine has a custom-built platform and modular designs allow for future additions and relocation if necessary.
