Objective
To provide Alliance Doors with an efficient, functional, and safe pallet racking storage solution for their new warehouse in St. Thomas, Ontario, while minimizing operational disruption during the transition. The system needed to maximize vertical storage capacity, streamline operations, and comply with safety regulations.

The project involved the supply and installation of a selective racking system with customized bays designed specifically for vertical storage of baseboards. The installation was completed in two stages to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s ongoing operations. Comprehensive services—including engineering, design, and permitting—were provided to streamline the process and ensure the racking system met Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards.
