The project delivered a fully integrated storage solution tailored to the fast-paced logistics needs of pharmaceutical distribution. The installation featured selective racking systems, shelving with carton-flow, and catwalk mezzanine platforms, all designed to work cohesively with the facility’s industrial automation equipment for efficient order selection and material handling.

A major component involved installing 32-foot structural racking systems within a high seismic zone, engineered to meet strict safety and stability requirements. A secured vaulted area was constructed using a cage and sliding gate system to protect controlled pharmaceutical inventory, allowing access only to authorized personnel.

The racking and shelving layouts were custom designed, engineered, and fabricated to accommodate automated conveyance and cold storage environments while complying with FM Global and Canadian health and safety standards. Through a turnkey approach, the system optimized vertical space utilization, improved material flow, and enhanced overall operational efficiency.
