To design and implement a scalable racking system for a hose and fitting company in Saskatoon, that maximizes vertical storage, improves accessibility, and optimizes operational efficiency within their warehouse. The system needed to accommodate phased growth for long-term operational success.
System Solutions
The project utilized a phased approach to install racking systems, ensuring immediate accessibility and long-term scalability.
In Phase 1, partial row installations created wide aisles for standard forklifts, allowing efficient access to lower-level pallets while establishing the foundation of the system.
Phase 2 expanded these rows by adding additional beam levels, increasing pallet positions and warehouse capacity.
Overall, the system maximized storage capacity, supported phased growth, and enhanced warehouse operational flow for industrial-grade hoses and fittings.
