Back Story
For our client, GreatWest Kenworth Ltd (GWK), we installed two (2) Vertical Lift Module (VLM) systems at their new facility in Balzac, Alberta.
Recognizing the growing demand for efficient parts management, GWK required this high-density storage and retrieval system to streamline operations and improve delivery times.
The VLM enables efficient storage and retrieval of parts at the service counter for both customers and in-house technicians, supporting fleets and truck operators across Calgary and Airdrie.
After encountering integration challenges with a competitor's VLM at their Calgary branch, GWK successfully integrated Hanel VLMs from Cam Industrial, leading to expanded installations in Grande Prairie and Balzac.
