Small parts storage
With a variety of inserts, partitions, and pull-out drawers available for its carriers, Rotomat Carousels improve the storage density and efficiency of storing and picking large quantities of small parts with various dimensions.
Pull out drawers come in a variety of heights, allowing you to tailor the compartment sizes to your specific inventory. Standard bin boxes can also be used to store items on carriers and subdivisions within the bin boxes can be recorded by the controller. The compartment sublevel indicator aids the user in quickly and accurately finding and selecting the object.

Heavy Duty Carousels
Hanel Rotomat® carousels can easily handle large and bulky items with standard carrier widths up to 3,420 mm (135 inches), maximum carrier payloads of 750 kg (1,653 lbs.) and machine payloads of 14,000 kg (30,865 lbs.).
The user can easily and ergonomically remove heavy items from the carrier and onto the stainless-steel worktable without the need to bend or extend too far from a natural standing position. Thus, large quantities of items can be stored safely and securely on a small footprint. The Rotomat® is for well suited heavy-duty applications because of its powerful 2-motor drive system, durable multifunction carriers, and 4-point sliding carriage suspension.
